This process provides the necessary interaction to determine whether the candidate fits within our system.

Recruitment Process Contact Qualification Specialist Team
Complete our Request For Consideration "RFC" form online which will be reviewed by our Midas SpeeDee Franchise Recruitment team. Get Started!
Recruitment Process Financial Verification
Candidate submits financial verification of liquid assets to be used for the initial capital investment.
Recruitment Process Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
Upon satisfactory completion of the RFC and financial verification, you will be contacted by a member of the Franchise Recruitment Team to review the Midas SpeeDee Franchise Disclosure Document ("FDD").
Recruitment Process Meet with a Franchise Recruitment Manager
A Franchise Recruitment Manager "FRM" will contact you to discuss the Midas SpeeDee franchise opportunities in your area.
Recruitment Process Shop Observation
In select markets a shop observation may be arranged with a corporate representative.
Recruitment Process Midas SpeeDee Co-Brand Concept Overview
Candidate will complete a Midas SpeeDee co-brand concept overview which involves strategic planning and operations analysis for their potential franchise location.
Recruitment Process Final Approval Process
Candidate's qualifications are reviewed and evaluated for final approval.
Recruitment Process Franchise Document Signing and Training
Franchisees execute their shop closing documents and attend training prior to opening their shop.
