Midas SpeeDee is seeking progressive-minded business operators who have experience leading with confidence and vision and are willing to take an active, hands-on approach in building their own business. We are seeking franchise candidates who have the following:

• A dedication to customer service
• A passion for bringing people and processes together
• Strong personal and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a challenging, hands-on environment
• A self-motivated leader who thrives on setting and realizing goals, motivating others to excel and building relationships in their community
• Previous automotive and/or business management experience is not required but would be helpful

Financial Investment

There are several ways in which you can become a Midas SpeeDee co-brand franchisee. Whether you're building new, buying an existing franchise or corporately owned shop, or converting your existing independent shop - the costs to you will vary.

In order for a candidate to be considered for an award of a Midas SpeeDee co-brand shop, they must have at minimum an estimated liquidity (unencumbered assets) of $75,000 and investment capabilities of at least $250,000.

Financing Your Midas SpeeDee Investment

We can refer you to lenders interested in working with franchise candidates. Some may require 20% to 30% liquidity to qualify. Neither Midas nor SpeeDee receives fees for the placement of loans.
